The Association consists of eight neighborhoods: Ducks Head (the very first development), Campbell’s Island, Dockside, Harborview, Little Harbor, Marina Heights, Mill Pond and Great Island (the final phase). All homeowners have access to the Association clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails and private beach.
